Moodboard Creation
I started the moodboard for the event and received feedback that it needed more visuals.

I chose the event name Stars of Hope / Étoile d'espoir, which my teammates agreed on.

Feedback on Agency Logo
I gave Rachelle feedback on the agency logo, addressing legibility, flower adjustments, and colors.

I had class on campus and let my team know the day before. I followed up afterwards to find out what I missed.

I started working on the Video Reel and received teacher feedback about text legibility. I changed the color from yellow to white and increased the font size.

I asked first-year students for help to create 3 additional posts, encouraging cross-year collaboration.

I developed the social media strategy and made 4 posts: Teaser, About Le Spot, Invitation/Event Info, and Venue Reveal. I asked the team for feedback and received positive direction overall.

I made the Fundraiser Update story post and gave feedback to London about the Quote post.

Shared Assets on Figma
I added all social media post assets to Figma to share with the team before March 4.
Progress Self-Evaluation
I was present in team meetings and communicated in advance when I couldn't attend, following up on what I missed. I managed to share the final posts on Figma by March 3, though finishing earlier in the day would have allowed more time for final revisions. With better time management, I could have produced work I'm fully proud of.
I asked for feedback throughout the process but could have been more insistent about asking for specific improvements. I gave feedback to teammates when asked, though I want to become more constructive and confident in the advice I give. I also followed up with the first-year students to ensure they could complete the remaining posts and answered their questions.
