Group Brainstorming Session
Before starting the project, I encouraged a group brainstorming session so we could openly discuss our ideas and agree on a shared direction.

Organizing Tasks
To avoid any conflicts regarding the workload, I took responsibility for organizing our tasks by creating a Trello board and dividing our Figma workspace part by part with everyone's names.

I wrote the video script and asked every member to check their part to see if it suited them. I then made small changes based on their feedback.

When we had multiple different proposals for our logo, I proposed a group vote to ensure the final choice benefited everyone.

To implement clear communication, we created an Instagram group chat together, and I initiated regular discussion moments to track our progress at each stage of the project.
