Level 10
I can highly prioritize all team meetings. When I cannot attend, I call the team to ensure I produce high quality products for which I am responsible. I complete my work on time or early, make sure my team members are aware of our deadlines, and encourage them to meet them. I can provide criteria-based feedback to my team members.

Setting up the project on Figma
After creating the agency and event site, I placed all the links on Figma so the whole team could access them easily.

Daily check-ins
In person, I always repeated what we had to do for the next day or asked each person what they were finishing. This kept everyone on track.

Asking for and giving feedback
I always asked for feedback — on the event site and logo design. I also gave feedback when needed, like to Shyra about the event logo.

Leading the final product
I communicated what still needed to be done and led a major part of the deliverable: both the agency site and the event site.
